A production cel and background from the Marvel Studios animated series X-Men (1992-1997). Featuring a dynamic shot of Captain America climbing up a cliff, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process of the episode Old Soldiers (1997). The background and cel are a key setup, and are an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the cartoon.
