An original production background from the Disney Studios animated Pluto short, "In Dutch" (1946). Featuring a simple yet beautiful rendering of a cobblestone pathway, the hand-painted background was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece represents an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the short. Measuring 10"x12" overall, with the image itself measuring 8"x11", the background is in very good condition with minor discoloration, edge and corner wear due to age and handling.
