A Fantasia teacup and saucer created by Vernon Kilns in 1940. Featuring a lovely and elegant flower and fairy pattern based on the Flower Ballet segment of Fantasia, the dish ware was released by well known American ceramic company Vernon Kilns, and bares their stamp and copyright on the bottom of both pieces. Vernon Kilns utilized the talents of Disney's artists to ensure the patterns on their dishes captured the beauty of the film. The saucer measures 6.25" in diameter and the cup measures 4"x4.75" and 2" tall. Both pieces are in fine condition with minor imperfections in the glaze.
